We were staying in Sorrento and had to make a 10:55 flight out of Rome two days ago and we would be really cutting it close by using public transportation and had a group of 4 adults and one child with a good amount of luggage. Instead of running around with all our luggage to catch three trains and shuttle to the first train station at like 5:00, we decided to book a transport with EuroLimo. I couldn't find any reviews on the company at first and so I sent e-mails out to a few companies that provided transports from Sorrento to Rome. In our case myself and 2 other adults were leaving Rome to come back to the US and my wife and 7 year old daughter were continuing up to Livorno, Italy to stay for a few more weeks with my wife's family there. So for 350 Euro, Euro Limo took us all to the airport in rome and for another 300 Euro they took my wife and daughter straight to my wife's family in Livorno. They had to pick us up at our hotel (Hotel IL Nido) in Sorrento at 5:00 in the morning and arrived at around 4:45 in the morning and the lady driver was absolutely perfect. She set us at ease and was extremely professional and the vehicle was a very nice and spacious Mercedez Van so we had plenty of space. The drive was as the company had described and we all made it safely to our destinations. It was much easier than taking the trains as we had on our way down to Sorrento. So if anyone is looking for a VERY good transport company in the Rome/Sorrento/Naples area I guess, this company, Euro Limo is fantastic. I was scared to leave my wife and daughter in a stranger's hands, but luckily the Hotel IL Nido's owner stated that he knew the owner of the Euro Limo company and vouched for them as good people. So you can also check with Hotel Il Nido as a secondary reference, as I was unable to find any references for the company when I was looking around for a transport. http://www.eurolimo.it Also, I had a very bad experience with Positano Conte Limos, when I was e-mailing around to find out about prices for the transfer and about the companies. The contact person at this company gave me inaccurrate information on how long it was going to take to get from Rome to Livorno, he insisted it would only take 2.5 hours but did give me a slightly lower price. Everyone else gave me a 4 hour estimate for the same trip so that set me not at ease with the company and I e-mailed them and let them know that I had decided to go with another company and the person went ballastic and sent at least 10 e-mails harrassing me in Italian. It was pretty comical, but very unprofessional and made me thankful that I hadn't chosen that company for the transfer.

I found Euro Limo via the web. Mr. Nello Russo was so responsive to all my inquiries including that his company was licensed and insured according to Italy's laws. He provided a chauffeur driven 10 passenger van with an English speaking guide (Ms.Mena Gagliardi...who was so wonderful!!!). The driver was excellent, and Mena was so informative. We had a wonderful day driving the Amalfi coast and traveling to Capri. Mena was so sensitive to the group, that when she realized the big van could not make the trip to the port in Sorrento, and several members of the group were too elderly to walk the distance, she contacted Mr. Russo. He hired a car to take our group down to the port inSorrento. No additional charge. What good service! Versal Davidson/USA

Dear Nello and Tiziana: simply put -- dear Tiziana was the icing on the cake (well, OK, she WAS THE CAKE!) for our five days of sun, laughter, breath-taking views, cuisine as Tiziana took us hither and yon from Sorrento to Positano to Ravello and back again -- over the hills and through the villages off the beaten track -- to dine in non-touristy cafes and drink in the incredible Italian hospitality. We spoke barely ten words of Italian, but Tiziana's charming command of English made everything simple. Sorrento-born, Tiziana knows the real secrets of this steller part of Italy. The Mercedes van was spotless, well serviced, and yet capable of navigating the smallest lanes in the countryside. We sang Peter Paul & Mary songs -- Lemon Tree, very appropriate for the countryside -- and smiled at our collective gasps as she deftly navigated the narrow roads. After driving with Tiziana for three or four days, one understands why Italians love to drive. She's the best. Nello Russo, the owner of the service, is delightful and so very accommodating. Whatever you needs, Nello and Tiziana are wonderful resources!

We have used Euro Limo for many years on all our trips to Italy. The drivers are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The service is outstanding. The vehicles are new and spotless and the price is the best we have found anywhere. I would highly recommend you use Euro Limo.
