Terms and Cancellation Policy

Payment will be made on the day of the service by credit card or cash. No amount will be charged in advance. A pre-authorization may be requested. Free cancellation is available up to 3 full days before the scheduled start time of the service (local time). After this deadline, a 100% payment of the cost of the service is required.

Refund (price + service costs) Guarantee. In case of cancellations for bad weather or other reasons of force majeure, you can move the booking to another day (based on availability) or, for advance payments made in full, you can also request a complete refund.
